Returns & Exchanges

Store Credit (Refund Method)
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Please contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
- You may choose a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
- We may request photos or a brief description to resolve the issue quickly.
Processing Returns
- Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we will cover any applicable return shipping.
